Dear God: Please disallow Robin Steele and all women who believe as she believes the breath of life. Please interviene in the world and destroy these women who work against Men everywhere. Please slaughter them as you slaughtered the first born of Egypt. I beg you to enter the affairs of Man and lift from us the burden of these worthless women. Please kill them all. MikeeUSAMikeeUSA is a troubled college student who is consumed by hate. His continuous Internet postings profess his hatred for women and openly advocate rape and murder, especially of feminists and their supporters. He publishes lists of people he believes should be killed, including a state Attorney General, and has prayed for the death of a peace advocate (me). He also seems consumed with self-hate, and says that he has lost the will to live, that his life is "forfeit." (To see Mikee's hatespeech, see HATER MIKEEUSA)
MikeeUSA professes to be a Catholic, and quotes selectively from the Bible in an attempt to use Christianity as validation of his campaign of hate. He claims that the Bible classifies women as men's possessions ("chattel"). He claims that, in Deuteronomy, God has given men the right to rape unmarried girls as long as the man later pay their fathers "55 shekels" of silver later on. (See MikeeUSA's Biblical interpretations at The Gospel According to a Misogynist)
Using the Bible and Christianity as a justification for hatred and violence against others is of course nothing new. But can this young man be so blinded with hate and rage that he truly believes that that his rage is divinely justified? Or are these pronouncements a plea for help - from God or clergy - from a not-quite-lost soul? Does the same Bible that MikeeUSA uses to justify hatred and violence also contain the words that can heal his anger and give him the strength to live a happy healthy life?
I am going to pose this question to some Christian and Jewish bloggers and visitors and ask them to share their perspective about MikeeUSA's interpretation of biblical law. Please share this link with others who can contribute a positive perspective. I will also ask them to share bible passages and/or messages that can help MikeeUSA find the peace and love he so desperately needs.

Robin,
You say at the end of the post that 'negative or hateful messages will be deleted". Yet you allow this E-Thug's barbaric rantings and threats. Can you see the irony?
At the risk of this post not going through because it might be hard on the ears and truthful, at least you will read it and so I'll comment....
First I'd like to say that Christ's love (and the Holy Spirit's power) can change the hearts of man but the Holy Spirit will never go against that person's will and determination. The Holy Spirit's power is not forceful, but gentle. That said, please know that WE do not have that kind of power. No amount of love will change a person, only Christ can. While Christ's love can shine through us, that in itself does not have regenerating power.
Second, we are to preach the gospel to all nations etc. We are also instructed that if the gospel is not received, then we are to leave. We are not to hang around to take abuse - we are to proclaim the gospel, give a reason for what we believe, and if their stony hearts cannot receive it yet, then we are to get out.
It is obvious you are dealing with someone who does not know God. And his hateful prayers intended for God's ears are not being heard. He has twisted Scriptured, misapplied them, taken them out of context, and has no regard for the FULL message which is the Bible. He uses select verses to support his view which shows his lack of understanding. He exibits absolutely no love whatsoever - love towards you, towards women in general, towards God's Word, and God Himself.
If I were you, I would not waste my time on this person because you can't change him or give him a new heart. But you can pray for him but I wouldn't engage him anymore. It's a waste of your time and frankly, it's not edifying God. I don't know anything about you but from what I gather from your site, you seem to support divination (and you have a link for NAMBLA) - something that is an abomination to God and so if that is so, then shame on you and MikeeUSA. I could be wrong in my assessment of your site but if I'm right, then I take no sides and you are BOTH guilty.
Blessings,
carol
Carol: Thank you for your comment and point of view. I am not an expert on the Bible or Theology, so I am inviting those who are to comment and share perspective.
I don't know what "divination" means, but I'll look it up. And I do struggle with the irony and contradictions of broadcasting the hate speech I abhor, allowing hateful comments on one post but not another, my preaching of peace sometimes and insulting these guys at other times.
However, I've never understood why Jesus walked among the prostitutes and sinners yet many modern Christians want to congregate only with themselves. School shootings such as the one in Finland are epidemic, and most of these troubled young men have posted pleas for help (in the form of Internet hate speech or suicidal messages) for months or years ahead of time. Respectfully, is discussing Bible verses with other well-adjusted Christians a better way to edify God than to share his message of love with those who need it most?
I don't have the answers. I'm still figuring out the questions. But I do know that if you are here sharing your opinions, and MikeeUSA is here reading them, something's working. Thanks again for sharing.
As far as Jesus walking among sinners, the whole world was filled with sinners - we are all born children of wrath. There were only 13 Christians (including Jesus) and so everyone else needed to hear the gospel. So really it's a number's game. Also they were on a mission which was to spread the Good News so their message was directed and focused on the unbeliever.
As far as Christians hanging out with other Christians, the Bible tells us to avoid evill and temptation - the things of the world because we might get sucked into their evil. But as far as preaching...that is a different matter. We too are to go out to all nations and preach the gospel. (great commission) But we are not to partake in their evil. We are to be a separate people and not be like the world. We live here but we don't have to partake in it's evil. So that's why we tend to congregate with our "own kind" yet we should be witnessing to everybody.
Also, there's nothing wrong with asking questions and a Christian should never look down upon you for doing so. By asking a question, that shows that you want to learn so if a Christian dissuades you from asking, then they are doing a disservice to God in keeping you from the answer and God's truths. They would be at fault, not you.
Remember, not everyone that calls themselves a Christian is actually a Christian. "Christian" is a generic term these days.
We are to study to "show thyself approved" so yes it's a very good idea to discuss topics with other Christians. But it is also important to show love. Agape love, not the superficial kind. (can expand on this further if I'm not making sense)
Divination is a conjuring up of spirits, or fortelling the future, or anything involving the occult. The Bible speaks loud and clear about such things. You cannot do these things and please God.
I'm not sure what you mean about school shootings. What about them?
Carol: I really appreciate your wise contributions and thoughtful perspective. Both your knowledge and faith is apparent, as is your ability to consider alternative points of view or interpretations.
On Nov. 7, 18-year-old Pekka-Eric Auvinen killed eight people and himself at a high school in Finland. Investigators described him as "a bullied teenage outcast consumed with anger against society" who had foreshadowed the attack in YouTube postings. MikeeUsa's hate speech is not unlike Auvinen's.
It's too late for Auvinen, but perhaps these "barbaric rantings and threats" are an opportunity to share an alternative way to deal with internal torment, anger and alienation.
Perhaps you, or others, could explain what you mean by "Agape love" and its relevance.
Here's why I think this issue is so important:
Can School Shootings be Prevented?
I see that Ms. (Free Speech) Steele is deleting comments again. Honesty is not the feminist way.
Robin, do you log IP numbers?
No gin, she doesn't. Google doesn't give you that option.
Now I know a few tricks... but I'm not going to tell you them :).
School shootings are a small part of the larger picture of what is to come (which is Christ's return). They were fortold in Scripture, they are part of the prophetic picture which was written as a sign for those who are watching that the Lord will soon come. I'm not saying don't try to help them, I'm sure some can be helped on an individual basis but on a broader scale, it will not happen because the Bible fortells this. God forknowledge tells us - the future is like the past to Him - He sees all and he knows and declares beforehand that these things will happen. So no matter what we do, we will not thwart prophecy.
Signs of His coming....
Universal apostay (2 Thessalonians 2:1-4)
False doctrines, teachers lead astray (2 Timothy 3:5, Matt 15:9)
False prophets and false Christs (Matt 24:24)
Good will be called evil, and evil good (Isaiah 5:20)
Gospel to be preached to all the world (Matt 24:14, Rev 14:6-7)
Wordly knowledge to increase (Dan 12:4)
Israel to be restored (Deut 28:64, 30:3, Jeremiah 29:14, 30:3, Isaiah 43:5-6, Ezekiel 36:24, Amos 9:14-15. (this happened in 1948 - already fulfilled, like the others above)
Earthquakes, floods, famines, plagues and disease such as the world has never seen (Matt 24 and Luke 21)
Increase in wickedness, murder and crime among men. (meaning both men and women) Increase belief in the occult. (Matt 24, Luke 21, 2 Timothy 3:1-5, 4:3-4)
And this is where the school shootings fall under. Also the stuff you have on tarot cards on your site (as an example) because it is a part of the occult.
People will not believe the signs (2 Peter 3:3-4, Matt 16:1-4)
Increase in persecution of Christians (Matt 24:9, Mark 13:9)
All of these things have happened and are happening today - it's overwhelming. There are other signs that have not yet happened but they will as the tiime draws nearer. These signs are:
Signs and wonders in heaven (Mark 13:25)
Moountains made low, valleys made high (Isaiah 40, Ezekiel 38)
Two witnesses (Rev 11)
Sun darkened, moon becomes as blood (Joel 2:31, Acts 2:20, Rev 6:12)
Jerusalem taken captive (Zechariah 14:2)
The rest involve Christ's appearing.
I don't mean to be so wordy but I wanted you to understand that while shootings are detestable, they are but one mall part of the bigger picture. There are many other things happening and things will get much worse before they get better.
Agape is a Greek word meaning love. There are other words for love such as:
Philia - the love of close friends or brothers/sisters
Storge - the love of family
Eros - carnal or sexual love
Agape - love which seeks the highest good of others. It does not depend on you being loved. It is not a reaction or feeling of the heart, but a concentrated exercise of will. (loving your enemies, forgiving them etc. all goes against our nature but agape love is not guided by our natural feelings but a decision)
Anyone can love someone they like, where's the virtue in that? Agape love is to love everyone, including your enemies, those who have wronged you. It is forgiveness just like the Father forgives us.
Saint Peter taught that there wasn't any reason for marriage because "Christ is Coming" and the end of the world made long term arrangements like marriage irrelevant. He got the timing a little wrong. He got the other part wrong too. People have been making the same mistakes ever since.
Mikeeusa: The Christian is set apart from all others by the way he responds to his enemies. He does not hate his enemies and seek their suffering and destruction, as you do from women. The Christian loves his enemies and seeks to do good to them.
In his teachings, the Apostle Paul calls for attitudes and action toward our enemies which are consistent with the character of God and evidenced in the person and work of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Paul calls for an attitude toward others which reflects the attitude of God toward men. In particular, Paul wants us to love our enemies,69 and through this to reflect God’s love for fallen men and women. We are commanded to love our enemies in order to be like God and in order to be distinct from lost men. In the context of loving our enemies, our Lord Himself said: “Therefore you are to be perfect, as your heavenly father is perfect” (Matthew 5:48, see verses 43-47).
Mikeeusa, you needn't be a lost man if you follow the word of god
Can Christ's Love save Robin Steele? Her blog focuses on hate and attack of others. Steel's hate is the antithesis of Christ's teaching, the way of hate leads straight to hell.
To be saved, Steele would have to repent and atone for her sin of hate. Don't expect that soon.

As a pastor, I do say Mike is off base. He uses a lot of the Old Testament but forgets that Jesus has told us to love our enemies and to do good to those who abuse us.
I do agree with most of what Carol has written. To expect someone who does not know the LORD to act like a Christian is like expecting a fox to guard the chicken house without eating any of the chickens. I do disagree as to leaving those who do not accept the gospel as I have personally worked with many with whom it took several months during which time some have called me every name in the book before accepting it. This is because many have felt rejected all of their lives and are afraid to allow someone to care so they will not get hurt again. They push us away to prevent this and to prove to themselves once more that they are..worthless. I explain how this occurs in a message I wrote called Rejection.
http://www.shatterdmen.com/Rejection.htm
There is a big difference between knowing God and knowing about Him.

Mike, if you are reading this, I do urge you (or anyone else reading this that are hurting) to please either join Shattered Men or contact me. We do care. I am not posting these links to promote myself but to help heal the scars of abuse in BOTH men and women.
I have seen these wounds be healed hundreds of times and we expect nothing in return other then to know that you have found healing of these wounds.
Shattered Men was originally founded on Oct 31, 1999. We had 990 members and over 40,000 messages when it was hacked into and destroyed by someone who did not like that we were reaching out to both men and women but even if this hacker were to contact me and admit they did it but was now asking for help...we would help them. Why? because I have been on both sides of this fence. I was kidnapped and raped as a small child but if even that person were to come and ask for help, they would get it. You can read that story here:
http://www.shatterdmen.com/Kens%20Story.htm
Shatteredmen: mike seems to use the bible when talking of men and women. He doesn't use the bible to justify violence, he doesn't quote passages from the conquring of th promised land. When using the bible to talk about men and women is he off base? On those subjects why apologise for the bible when the bible is fully in support of men* (even in rape of a virgin girl)?
*Men who want to get married atleast.
Shatteredmen: Thank you for contributing. Promoting a site here is fine if it's relevant. I look forward to visiting your site.

Anonymous, if you posted this on my site, it would be deleted too. You my friend, have become the enemy you say you detest. I do not agree with everything Robin says and I doubt she agrees with all I say but we all have a right to say it. This is her blog and she has a right to set the rules here. I have seen enough posted that I know she does not agree with to know she would allow your side to be heard IF you said it in the right way. I have found that educating those that oppose us works best. Many simply do not know both sides but I assure you...if she left YOUR posts...it would send far more to "her side" then to yours. From what I have seen...I doubt if she is the radical feminist you think she is. I also wonder about those who will not use their names. Should we listen to anything they have to say?

I'm reluctant to edit or delete comments, but many are just meant to be insulting or disruptive. People like Carol or Ken won't contribute if all they see are insults and profanity. I'd also like to keep comment threads on-topic. So rather than delete comments I've archived them in January 2007.
I welcome views contrary to my own... at worst it lets me understand what to argue against. If I didn't, I wouldn't enable comments.

Although some of what Mike says is correct, I believe much of it is taken out of context and much is used in the wrong ways. Yes, if a man raped a virgin that was not engaged, he could marry her but he could never divorce her for any reason either. If he raped an engaged or married women in a place where others could hear, and she did not cry out they would both be executed but if it was in a place where no one could hear them, then only he would have been executed.
More important is that this was under the old covenant and we are in a new covenant.
If we look to the new...we can see that Jesus told us that if we look at someone and we want to take them to bed, we have already committed adultery in our heart. He also essentially did away with the death penalty for adultery when He prevented the adulteress woman from being stoned to death. We do not know what HE wrote in the sand, but it may well have been a list of the sins the men who accused her did too. Odd, it was easy for the men to condemn her of her sin..but did it not take TWO for her to commit adultery? Why did they only focus on her?
In reality, there were a lot more laws then just the ten commandments but Jesus brought them all down to TWO. Love the LORD with all our heart and to love each other.
This makes sense. YES I believe a wife is to submit to her own husband but if I love my wife, I will not want her to be a slave, I want her to be my queen. If I love the LORD, I will do the things that please Him.
However, just as we point out that a wife is called to submit to her husband, we should also point out that a husband is called to love his wife. Without doing both, we are only telling half the story.
MARRIAGE...HIS DUTIES....HER DUTIES
http://www.shatterdmen.com/Marriage%20%20his%20and%20hers.htm
Now to address some of what I see happening here....in the battle of the sexes.
I have talked to men who thought men were all evil and I
have talked to women who felt the same about women. You see, it
seems satan will tell each of us the lie we will most likely
believe.
I have also talked to men who because the Bible states that women are
to be in subjection to her own husband, that they are inferior to all
men and that every man is their boss simply because of their gender.
I have seen women that have agreed with this view. The big question
is not what they thought, or what you or I think. The big question
is what does GOD say. What is the value of a man or a woman in HIS
eyes?
Read the rest here:
http://www.shatterdmen.com/Value.htm
I have talked to too many men and women who have never heard anyone say "I love you" I heard one woman recently state that the first hug she ever had was when she was NINETEEN. NO ONE should have to wait that long to have a hug or a hug that was not sexually motivated.
I know the horrible feelings of being rejected and that is why I write about it.
http://www.shatterdmen.com/Rejection.htm
I do not want anyone to feel the pain of rejection. That is what SM is all about.
Robin asked:
Perhaps you, or others, could explain what you mean by "Agape love" and its relevance.
Robin, agape love is UNCONDITIONAL love. It does not place conditions such as I will love you if you do what I tell you to or if you go to my church, or tens of thousands of other things. It loves regardless.
We can see some of what Agape love looks like in 1 Corinthians 13 also known as the love chapter.
1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
It does not matter how much good I do...if I do not do it for the right reasons. My good deeds are worthless in God's sight
2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing.
As above:
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not love, it profiteth me nothing.
As above:
4 Love suffereth long, and is kind; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Real love will last and it will do what is good for those we love even if we are not loved back. It is not jealous nor does it say...look at me and how I love you..it goes on often silently, not drawing attention to itself.
5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Love does not look for its own gratification, often at the expense of others. It does not look for what it can get but for what it can give others. It does not fly off the handle in anger when it is not returned. It does not thing bad of others.
6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
Love is not happy when others "get what they deserve" It does not like hearing of the horrors others do...it should make them sick but real love is happy when others respond in the appropriate manor
7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
Love does not give up.
8 Love never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
All the other "good things" Christians may do will stop...but love...never stops
9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
None of us have the full picture yet..but when that which is perfect returns....when Christ returns, all this will be gone.
11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
Those that are not mature Spiritual may not do all the above but when they do mature they will learn to love as we are required to do.
12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
When I do see my JESUS...I will then be like HIM!!!
13 And now abideth faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
NOTHING else matters...without LOVE!
Many of the things I have written, many of the questions I have been asked...have all been answered or written in tears. It hurts me to know that someone else is hurting. This is love and love brings real compassion.
I have had many express anger at me directly. Some have posted my name in personal ads saying I was looking for men to have sex with...and for someone who has been kidnapped and raped as a child..this would normally have been very offensive but I have learned to look beyond their fault and see their need..because my Jesus did that for me.
I have had phone calls in the middle of the night only to hear them cussing me out but I listened because I knew they were hurting. Even right this very moment as I sit here, listening to one of the most profound songs ever...Just as I am...without one plea but that thy blood was shed for me...I know how I could do this. It is only because Jesus did it for me that I can listen to someone cuss me out in the middle of the night, then calmly tell him that I understand and that I was still there...and the reward for me came in less then an hour when his anger was gone and he found peace...because he met the PRINCE OF PEACE.
I can never do justice when I try to tell you what God can and will do for you...it is like trying to tell a blind man what a sunset looks like. It is something that has to be seen to understand. I do know that I have heard more people then I can count explain...WOW...HE does love ME! the moment they accepted HIM. They have all explained that they have never felt such peace.
All of this...is only a whisper away!

Shatteredman, like all Christians, denies the bible. It is not worth talking to him about such things. Jesus has stated that the Law exists untill heaven and earth cease to.

It is so easy to say things when one hides behind..."anonymous" I did not say that the law still does not apply but there is a HIGER law...the law of LOVE because if we follow THAT law, we will obey ALL the other laws. I ask YOU..are YOU obeying the law of LOVE your enemies...do good to those who abuse you are you one of those ..."anonymous" who has been preaching HATE here???
pastor Ken Deemer who is not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ enough to hide behind..."anonymous"
Since you dislike anon posters I will second this:
"Shatteredman, like all Christians, denies the bible. It is not worth talking to him about such things. Jesus has stated that the Law exists untill heaven and earth cease to."
You effectivly deny the Bible and the Law by, at some points, saying it has been annuled, saying it doesn't apply anymore because there is some other law that now supercedes it, or by basically writing about how "not jewish" you are.
Mikee: Perhaps you can set aside some time this weekend to read through - with new eyes and an open mind - what Carol and Ken have said, and visit their sites. I'm convinced that one can find a passage in the Bible and use it out of context to justify just about anything they are intent to justify.
I am not a traditional Christian and question, push and pull just about everything. But I believe God wants me to be a stronger, better and more hopeful person. When sections or interpretations diverge I ask which of these will help me be live stronger, be kinder, less selfish, and ultimately happier. (this is admittedly different from most Christians who put emphasis on faith over acts). The most content and fulfilled people I know are those who have survived hurt and hardship and - like Ken - have found a way to use the pain they endured to help others still in the throes of it.
I don't believe the Bible is as cut and dried as many do, but I do believe that the road God wants you to be on is a road of hope, and that if you feel rage and hate - as you do - you've taken a wrong turn somewhere. Revisit the Bible with new eyes. Listen to why He is known as the Prince of Peace, not the Prince of Hate.
If you read mikeusa blog you see that he states very often that the reason he likes his little religion book is because it allows him to opress women. I don't think any arguments will dissuade him because he didn't become a womyn hater because of the religion book, he just likes that book because it's full of womyn haters too. Chicken before egg.
